Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 Sep 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of DMATX.COM. By accessing the site or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use DMATX. The service is intended for users in India.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell access, or scrape content without permission. DMATX is for personal, educational use.
3. Subscription & billing
- The following plans are offered: Monthly at ₹1,999, 6 Months at ₹9,999 and Yearly at ₹17,999.
- Each plan uses autopay through our payment processor (Razorpay). Your first payment is charged when you subscribe, and you authorise a recurring mandate that automatically renews the plan at the same price at the end of each period.
- You may cancel autopay at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the period already paid for.
- If an automatic renewal payment fails, we may retry it and notify you; access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. A price change applies to new purchases and future renewals only, and we will give notice before a renewal at a changed price.
4. Limitation of liability
DMATX provides educational analytics only. DMATX.COM is not registered with SEBI, is not a stock broker, and is not a certified or registered investment adviser or research analyst. It is not financial advice, we do not give tips or buy/sell calls, and we do not guarantee any trading outcome. Trading in equities and derivatives carries substantial risk of loss. To the extent permitted by law, DMATX is not liable for any trading losses or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling autopay from your account; once cancelled, no future renewal charges apply and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Questions? Email support@dmatx.com.
