1. Nature of the service
DMATX.COM is an educational analytics platform for the Indian equity and F&O market. We publish rule-based educational setups, Open Interest analytics, and market data views for learning purposes. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or manage portfolios, and we do not give tips or buy/sell calls.
2. Not registered or regulated
DMATX.COM is not registered with SEBI or any other regulator, is not a stock broker or sub-broker, and is not a certified or registered investment adviser or research analyst. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by SEBI, any stock exchange, or any government authority.
3. No advisory relationship
Using DMATX does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship between you and DMATX. Any action you take in the market is your own independent decision.
4. Conflicts of interest
Where DMATX or its team hold positions in instruments discussed for educational illustration, this is for teaching purposes only and is not a recommendation. We do not receive commissions for directing you to any specific broker or product beyond disclosed payment processing.
5. Third-party links
The platform may link to third-party sites and communities (for example, our Telegram, YouTube, and social channels). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
6. Regulatory note
Statutory risk disclosures relating to F&O trading are shown across the site in line with SEBI's public investor-awareness guidance. This does not mean DMATX is registered or regulated — as stated above, we hold no SEBI registration, broking licence, or adviser certification.
